The Process at Countryside

Discovery Call
We confirm your date, estimated guest count, and the type of celebration you’re planning. We also align on priorities (ceremony style, indoor/outdoor preference, food service style).

Initial Plan & Proposal
Based on your details, we prepare a suggested setup (spaces, layout options, draft timing) and outline the package and pricing options that best fit your guest count and season.
03.
Planning Meeting
We review the plan together and confirm key decisions such as ceremony location, reception layout, menu direction, and any supplier requirements. Adjustments are made based on your preferences.

Final Confirmation
Final guest numbers, timings, layout, and menu choices are confirmed ahead of the wedding day, so everything is coordinated and ready for delivery.
Decorations
The venue supports a wide range of styling approaches, from simple, natural setups to more colourful and detailed designs. Decoration plans, access times, and setup requirements are discussed during planning to ensure everything fits the chosen layout and schedule.
Decorations can be arranged by our in-house team, or you are welcome to work with your own florist or decorator.
On The Day
On the wedding day, the venue team supports the agreed plan by coordinating access, setup, and guest flow across the spaces. External suppliers arrive at pre-agreed times, and the team is available to assist with practical questions and transitions throughout the day. This ensures the ceremony, reception, and evening events follow the planned schedule while allowing flexibility if small adjustments are needed.
